The weather in Malaysia is super hot recently. I can feel myself burning every time during lunch hour when I need to expose under the sun. Sunblock is a MUST because the UV rays would be super harmful to our skin!

However, I've discovered a consumable supplement to protect myself against UV rays. It's the UV Porcelain+ from Science On Skin! Trust me, I was afraid too when I first tried as I'm not sure whether it'll have any side effects on me. So far I've had around 15 capsules already and I can already felt the difference of my skin. Not sure if I did become whiter but my skin texture definitely got better.

What is this?

The product is manufactured in USA, certified by US FDA so it's a clinically proven product. This is the main reason which encouraged me to try it out. It is an oral supplement in a capsule form (750mg per capsule) formulated to brighten up skin tone, provides broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection, enhance collagen and elastin production, and improve the elasticity of your skin.

Solutions for:

• Dull and lack lustre skin
• Age spots, stubborn melanin patches and uneven skin tone
• Sunscreen and protection against UV rays (particularly suitable for those who are sensitive to topical sunblocks)
• Lack of skin elasticity

Benefits

• Helps in skin whitening and brightening
• It contains Fernblock® for protection against UV rays & reduced sun sensitivity. FYI, Fernblock is a nutriceutical with photoprotective properties and potential preventive agent for skin photoaging and photoinduced skin cancers
• Proprietary Collagen peptide for increased skin elasticity and reduced fine lines

Which skin type is it good for?

✔ Normal
✔ Oily
✔ Combination
✔ Dry

How should it be used?

The capsules are hygienically package in individual blister. It is recommended to be consumed once a day on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before sun exposure. Each complete box consists of 30 capsules. It's only sold at reputable clinics, dermatology and aesthetics practices.
You can get it at their website sos-skin.com too!

Just recently I read an article about "leaving your friends out of your relationships" which I can totally relate with and I agree that we shouldn't share too much to our friends. Lesson learned. Generally speaking I really do not get what they think because I personally won't act such way if similar things happened so I never expected these. I even got feedbacks from "friends" like "you're just using us; you don't really need us" wow. It hurts. It's like when you're eager to tell them how you feel and they expect you to do what they advise too because it's "appreciating them" if you do so. That kind of negativity and drama is what I can't deal with anymore at this age.

A good friend doesn't mean it's a good-for-you friend if they doesn't know how to understand you in certain ways. And it's true is the smaller your close social circle is, the better it is. One or two friends in the circle might be truly sincere to u but if it comes in a package, troubles might occur. They're friends who'll always be there no matter how rare you guys meet and there's friends you think you've known very long and they'll just put you down when you show your weaknesses to them. Duration of friendship can't define anything as everyone grows up eventually.

If you're been following me on my social media, you'll probably know how heartbroken I was because of my last relationship. TBH even though my ex has his own bad attitude or temper but I am absolutely fine with it & able to tolerate it too because I love him thattttttt much. It's absolutely not because I don't love myself, it's because I see the good in him too but unfortunately I signed up to this "rant-to-ur-friends-to-feel-better" thingy as this was my legit serious relationship and obviously they'll think what they do or say is for the sake of my own good.

In fact I know myself better, I just want a place to rant. No matter how pissed I was when I rant about him, I got instant happiness just by seeing him every time (knowing that this wouldn't happen anymore is what upset me the most). Each and every time I complained I was not actually expecting any help but some take it as "saving" or "helping" me because they CARE. If your help or advice isn't working it doesn't mean that you're a bad friend too. So, play your own part. Don't blame or make anyone responsible for disappointing your own expectations. Worst case, don't blame anyone if you're being oversensitive. We are all responsible in our own life. I did my own mistakes too. We all do. Life isn't perfect but it'll be a good experience. Afterall we're just human who learn from mistakes right?

I've gotten to the level where I no longer feel sad when these kind of friends leave because I think it's quite pointless to explain our actions and constantly feeling insecure about expressing myself. Everything happens for a reason. Just live your life happily and those who really care about you will genuinely feel happy for us too!

Things I've recently learned:

• Eliminate negative people and the 'DOUBTERS' in life. They're unhealthy for you.
• Rant less, DO more.
• Learn how to handle my emotions. It got better I guess
• Be more independent. Mentally & financially.
• Have time for yourself even when you have a partner to love.
• Love myself better so they could see the worth in me. Be positive.
• Be yourself, be sincere, be happy.

When we grew older, we'll see clearer what kind of "friends" we have around. Those who can truly understand and always be by your side is not necessarily who you think. Those who forgot what you did when they're at the worst & not considerate enough to tolerate with you when you're not at your best are just bullshxxs. We don't need "friends" who take sides easily. We don't need people that spoils your mood constantly so we need to eliminate some of that in life. God bless.

So if you followed me on Instagram you should've known that I've been very heartbroken recently. I lost someone who I am really in love with. So the relationship which I thought only death would break us apart finally ended and I am actually still trying to deal with my own feelings right now. I thought I've found the one I can be comfortable with, the one who I can crack jokes and laugh at stuffs together with, the one who'll always be by my side that made me feel safe and secure. Shit happens.

It's easy for me to "like" someone but it is really hard for me to "love" someone inside out. I felt sorry for letting my friends down too as they never really see this side of me. Moving on was never this hard for me as I never expect good endings in any guy I've previously dated. I date just for the sake of not being alone and for the sake of feeling there's someone there who care for me. I never consider them in my future life so it was really easy to move ahead of my life.

OK so here's a few thing I've reflected on throughout this relationship.

1. Don't lose yourself from being too in love.
I start feeling too comfortable with him around and start relying on him and neglected some of my friends too just because I wanna spend more time with him. He's my priority, my happy pill. My emotions are basically based on his emotions. This is pretty unhealthy. We need to have our own "me time" too.

2. Listen.
Men are unlike women. They don't always express how they feel like we do. Sometimes when a problem occur, they'll only mention once and expect us to pick it up right away. So sometimes we just need to pay a little bit more attention on what they are trying to convey.

3. Care about your partner's feeling too.
This is the biggest mistake I've made in this relationship. Every guy have their own ego. You'll definitely know your lover's ego level. Avoid doing things that will make them feel like you don't even trust them and before making any actions, think about how they'll feel. I am pretty straightforward especially to my love ones and I am sometimes bad with words. I hurt people without  me knowing too :(

4. Girls need to be loved, guys too. After all we're all human.
Maybe the love they want is different from what you think you are giving. I saw some article saying that to truly understand someone we need to be with that person for at least 2 years.

5. Be someone you yourself would respect.
This is my quote in life right now. Normally when we lose feelings towards someone it's normally when you start losing respect towards that person. Enhance and improve your life everyday and stop at where you are right now even though you think you've find someone who appreciates you now.

No matter what, don't lose hope. Don't be evil in the core of your heart. It's okay if we know we've tried our best.

I hope he'll do good...somewhere without me. Somewhere which I couldn't see because I don't wanna remind myself that I'm not the reason that he's happy right now. I hope his future partner treats him well and doesn't disappoint him like how I did. I'll still keep him in that special place in my heart. Sorry to my future partner, I'll love you a little bit lesser because I do not wish to be so heartbroken again and if you're the one, I do not wish that you'll be leaving someday. Life goes on but ...... I miss you.

So today I'm gonna have some sentimental talk today. Do you guys ever felt that relationships, friendships, these things that involved feelings are sometimes quite fragile? It doesn't work when it's only one party who's trying to fix the problem. However when you encounter with someone who doesn't really put effort or care so much, the relationship that you're holding on might be gone anytime.

How many heartbreaks we should have been through to find the right one? The most meaningful movie that I've watched recently is called "heartbreak 77" How much would you let someone you love to hurt you until you decide to leave?

Is it wrong to pamper someone? No. But find someone who'll appreciate it. Find someone who remember your good. This apply to any girl or guy. Unless you're ok enough to tolerate him/her for the rest of your life. Maybe they'll improve in future but you make the decision whether you wanna take this risk or not. Some people are just meant to be temporary lovers.

When you reach a certain age, there's not much time for you to waste anymore. Especially girls. Can't no longer tolerate immature relationships, unrealistic romance, empty promises, false hopes. Communication & understanding is the key to maintain a healthy relationship.

The saddest thing on earth is actually someone who used to be your lover will stay a stranger after the relationship ends.

ANYWAYS, girls....if in case you're feeling sad. Do something that could cheer you up. LOVE YOURSELF. Don't rely on someone and make them feel like they're the superior one and don't appreciate you.

You can go on a date with your girlfriends. or go shopping!!! You can also shop at http://collinstreet.co/ (IG: @Collinstreet.co) if you don't feel like going out. Shopping make us happy right hehehe

Initially we ordered their special dessert set but we were too full after those food so we cancelled it :( I would definitely recommend you all to check this place out. However the price is more towards the high side and I hope there's more variety of food in the menu in future! They're still new, so I might come and pay my second visit after some time?

The environment is definitely a great place for you to chill. Good spot, right in the middle of bukit bintang.
